If I wanted to get every Ace Badge, would it be possible, all three badges from all three factions. Also, can I go up the same faction/squadren more than once?

Yeah, if you're nuetral on the ground, you should have no problems.
Good luck with it. I'm aced Vortex, Smuggler's Alliance and close to acing Crimson Phoenix. I'm debating if I want to ace Havoc or wait until later...

Do you get a master bonus applied for each squadran you ace, or is it just for each faction (Imperial, Rebel, Freelance)?

Ace'd all 9 multiplyer only goes to 3x.
