Has there been any confirmation regarding this issue? I'm finding it frustrating that to fly my Y-8 (not that its worth anything at this point, but still) I need to tear down my YT or my Yacht, both of which have a lot of material on them and would be a serious pain in the neck to deal with.
If the devs are working on this, fine and dandy, I can wait a while. But if this is the way its supposed to be, I'd like to know so I can make my choice as to which gets redeeded - a currently decorated ship or the Y-8.

I passed this along a few days ago. I'm not sure whether this is intentional or a relic from the 3-ship days. Hope to find that out soon.

this could be solved by upping the ship limit to around 6 or so.....

if you got the digital download it is at 6

Hrm weird...I had no problem loading up my Y-8 onto my data pad which already has the YT...oh and a Krayt ...and a Vaswhatevamacallit.

yeah, you can get it on your datapad, you just cant launch it (if you have two other POB ships already)

I have the same problem, my Sorosuub is decorated, and my Decimator as well.
I have no plans to undo those decorations, just to fly with a crappy Y-8 that can't even mine properly with a crew.
So I really hope can give us some answers about this weird cap, and if it is a bug or not.
Lets hope it will be solved soon!

the ROTW digital download? allows 6 ships?
i thought it was only the "total experience" (box set)

I've tried to find some information on this, but the Devs aren't saying anything. And, of course, the CSRs are completely clueless and useless.
I have a Nova Cruiser and a SoroSuub, and when I try to launch my Y-8 I can't do it. Very frustraiting.
I'm tempted to take the stuff out of my SoroSuub, but I don't want to until I know for sure if this is intented or a bug...

Edit: Well, I just tested something out. Put another SoroSuub into my datapad and tried to launch it. No dice. So it's not just the Y-8. Either this is bugged, or we can only have two POB ships.
