If I change from Freelance to Imperial to Rebel (and do all 9 squadrons) will I also be able to get the missions from Kashyyyk Station to get the faction reward ships as well?

Other than the Imperial Guard TIE and the Heavy X-Wing, would I still be able to fly the Freelancer version or is that also Faction(less) specific?
