Thread: RSF Squadron Imperial Alignment

I have recently left the Imperial faction and as such lost my Imp Ace title. I've decided to try out the RSF squadron but was curious as how it is aligned to the Imp faction. I assume that any missions I take will be against pirates or rebs, but when I go overt, do I still get the option of choosing faction or will I be forced Imperial?

Thanks!

You cannot go overt in space if you are not a member of a ground faction. Deep Space is different than normal space, it is PvP enabled, and you choose your side (if you dont belong to a ground faction), but that's not the same as Overt. There are only special circumstances when an RSF pilot will be able to hurt Imperial ships at all, and only in Deep Space or Kessel.

Thanks for your answer. Just to be clear, I will only be able to PvP in Deep Space then correct? I now realize that I won't be able to in normal space, but what about Kessel?
