Are you the one that did the mission for the ARC? If you did then you should see the certification in 4-x-x-x of any pilot branch.

yeah i did do the mission when i was freelance pilot. but now since I switched to Imperial pilot, it says i have not done the quest seems like a known bug from the posts up there
