Thread: how can i repair my ship ?

Hello mates
I'm a new player in SWG and I would like to pilote a starship... but as a new player, I m still an horrible pilote 
So my ship exploded during my second mission and I can't fly with it now.
I saw that I must repair my ship and I used the "star ship repair kit" in the starship terminal. The problem is that I completely used this kit and I don't know where to find a new ?
Can I craft a "basic starship repair kit" ? If yes how ?
Can I repair my starship like a speeder in a garage ? If yes where and how ?
This game is realy difficult to learn and your help will be greatly apreciated

Hiyas, you should be able to find a repair kit on the bazarre. use the vendor search option if need be.
you can get your ship repaired at most space stations, when you communicate with them. you should see the option to ask for repairs.

I suppose that the cost of the "starship repair kit" in bazzar will be very expansive...
Do the npcs sell the repair kit too ?
Is it possible to craft it when we begin the game ? I have not the schematic actualy.
I just desire to do the basic stuff for the moment at least to have the time to learn flying better.

Npc's do not sell repair kits....
However, when you are blown up in space, your ship is towed back to a space station. The station will ask you if you want to get repaired (for a price).
I suggest you go to the shipwright forum and check up the shipwright locations thread to find the locations of their stores in your server.

I'm not getting the option to repair my ship at the tattooine space station. I used to get it, but am not anymore. Anyone know why? I just moved up to teir 2 rebel pilot, (I think, I've been reasigned to Yavin 4 for missions anyway)

If you speak to the station and don't get the option to repair, that means your ship is fine and you don't need any repairs.
