Hate to ask a question that might been asked before but since <search> doesnt work...

I purchased a grievous shipdeed tonight, and when tried to use deed it says I dont have badge for it. What badge does this require and when did this go in effect? I know guildies thats bought ship before and never had this problem. It really should have some kind note when ya examine item before buying that need something like a badge to use. I really hate spending that kind credits and it being useless

Get 5 POI badges and you're good to go.

If you keep trying the search, eventually it works.

This same thing happened to me.I have about 12 or 13 badges, including the one that says Badge collector:10 badges... but the 5 badge one still doesn't show and the last time I tried to generate the purchased Grievous ship I got the "you do not have a necessary badge to fly this ship" message. So I sold it to a friend who could get it to work, and did the JSF quest and am now happily flying that one.

It must really be that stupid 5 badge badge that lets you fly it. My account is not earning master badges either.... 2 professions mastered since I started on June 11th with this account and haven't got any of the badges. Heard it might be the token respec that is holding up the badges, but if so thats kinda silly since I did earn the professions I have now.

Yeah, the trigger, a far as I can tell, is that you just need to get 5 *more* badges than you currently have, not 5 in total.

And yes, the token respec is stopping some people from getting some badges. I don't do much ground combat, so I just wasted my respec so I could get on with my life.
