Thread: Uhh really wierd....

Okay I was in the tatooine space system and Iam an imperial pilot. When I went to the space station and one of the options to ;and was at jabbas palace. Now I never completed EVEN 1 mission from the tatooine space station and I had acsess. Is this a bug?

No it is working as intended. You must have completed a mission from that space station, the reward being access and landing rights to Jabba's Palace. This was part of the 11..3 patch if I'm not mistaken, and well documented on the forums.

i never did a mission from the station and i could land at the palace.


course i DID complete Jabbas theme park a while ago.

Same situation for me--never did anything for the station, but I did Jabba's themepark like a year ago and can land there fine now. Seems like you can either run those space missions or complete the themepark to be able to land there.

In the same boat as well here. I don't get it, I am an Imperial colonel who is welcome at jabba's, but not at the emperor's retreat ( I am in storm squadron).

Heheh, yeah, I am a smuggler. Starsider's oldest, in fact.

This is some strange business. That Tatooine station won't even let me take missions from it--maybe that has something to do with it?

If you have completed Jabba's Theme Park, you can land at Jabba's Palace.

Like I said... .I have completed Jabba's theme park... Once last summer and again when they put in the changes and let you do it over again.


The option to land at Jabba's isn't available to me. I can go all the way to jabba's throne room on foot but not by ship.
So... I thought maybe this was a perk for smugglers since I have never played a smuggler.

I bet your a smuggler on ground... am I right?

I completed jabba theme park twice in fact and can't land there.

No... and that's my point in my response above in relationship to those that state they can land at Jabba's and also aren't in the Smugglers Alliance Privateer Faction.
So, I'm guessing that other forces are working here that allow an imp pilot or rebel pilot to land there.
My guess, is they are also smugglers on ground as well as having done the Jabba's themepark.








That is a good point. I am a Smugglers Alliance Pilot and have completed Jabba's themepark, yet can't land at his palace. I have not done any missions from the station though, and will probably do that in the next couple of days here.
