If you want a good PvP ship other than the JSF yup. I love mine for PvE too, just not the new tier5 duties

I prefer my Krayt still, but maybe that's just me. The 3rd forward gun enplacement makes things so much easier

Don't forget about the new heavy Scyk too, that thing is fun to fly. I think I prefer the heavy Scyk to the Vask as well.

Start with the missionsfrom the kashyyyk station. And remember, when eyma asks you wether the ghrag mercs are weak or strong, reply that they're strong. Otherwise quest is bugged and you = SOL.

As for whether or not the ship is worth getting, i think that as freelance pilots most of us are at a disadvantage after grinding tier 4 and master. We've gotten used to using the rix (well most of us, anyway, i know people use the lizzie up to master too) and are moving up to the krayt, both of which are high-mass, multi-weapon beasts with the ypr of a wet sponge. We get too used to plodding through npc mobs, soaking up hits and blowing away targets with a brief burst from our cannons. I think the vaksai provides a great contrast to this: a (relatively) small ship with a single weapon mounting. I love hounding targets while dodging blaster fire in my vaksai.

Why not get any ships?

Anyway, i'll second that if you go for it, make sure you lie to Emya, or you're up a well known creek without another well known rowing instrument.

I like it. For popping those fast little tie fighters and A-wings its pretty tough to beat. I strongly recommend the "jousting" technique for the aggressors though. Currently its a toss up between the Vaksai and the Krayt for me since I dont have 7 jedi friends or however many millions it would take to get the grievous fighter. The vaksai has some crazy manoueverability compared to the rest of our (freelance) options. The Krayt is just a freakin tank. With that much mass mine is actually faster than the vaksai and obviously better armed but the Vaksai is much better at staying in the zone for the fast fighters. when jousting you have to take the Krayt those 3 forward cannons unloading wave after punishing wave of sizzling screaming plasma death are a force to be reconned with.

Err, I would get it.

My only real issues with the Vaksai are weapon spread and aim. As I practice this will be mitigated and I will learn how best to aim and dish out maximum punishment with my L10 gun. After days of tweaking I am almost ready to post the loadout for my Vaksai.
