is there a post anywhere that descirbes what each command does?

Easiest way for me: ctrl+s in-game. Click on each prof and look through the various skills in the ?4th? tree. No posts that detail them in-depth that I know of (which is not to say they don't exist). Most are pretty self-explanatory, though. At least, for the general idea of what it does...
