Thread: Places to hunt NPC's for exp?

ok.. im currently trying to work on getting the Tier 4 box's ( A-wing line for those that are reb's), and durring the course of my flying i found a area were i could fight Tier 3-4 NPC's 1 vs 1 and get around 3600 exp for each kill. Now, there were other npc's around it, but while i was fighting it, none of the others helped it (unlike when you take on a swarm of tie's and have 1 infrunt of you, and 6 behind you) Now.. trying to get 1000000 exp off of 3600 exp mobs is a looooooooong fight... so... does anyone know a place in any system were you can fight NPC's 1 on 1 and get around 8000 or so exp? (im guessing they'd have to be tier 5 or higher npc's)

I kinda doubt that there's many spots like that... well, unless you happen to be a neutral pilot...
Nothing like being in Kessel, with nothing but the Black Suns Aggro.
Then again, I've gone in there with my Rebel as well. You just need to be somewhat more careful, and know what not to disturb (like Tier 5 Gunboats).

Try kessel, it's the best XP spots, but you have to remember not to get careless and try to solo a cap ship

I would recommend Kessel. I did about 2.5 mil on one Saturday afternoon out there ... key for me was soloing gunboats. Also the Weapon Overload droid command makes a big difference. Talk to an imperial friend and have him/her program an astomech droid with weapon overload 3 for you. I programmed one for a rebel friend and he said it makes his grind a lot easier and faster. The imps have all the good stuff!!

people ARE solowing Capital ships o.O
but anyway, jsut what am i sapose to find in Kessel? becides the 8 ties that basicaly told me to get out, in a rather forcefull manner =D
BTW, what happens if ya fly to close to one of the black holes? (just currious ^^; .)

You have to be able to kill Tier 5 ships in Kessel. I have an easier time soloing gunboats/capitol ships rather than those damn Tier 5 A-Wings. The gunboats go down for me faster than the A-Wings do.
I find it much easier to just hang out with some Tier 4 pilots and down the coynites around dathomir to earn money from getting loot, but that's not what we're actually talking about in this thread, so I'm going to shut up now.
If you fly too close to one of those black holes, you hit a zone boundry and can't go any further in that direction. That's about it.

i can probably kill a tier 5 ship... i killed the tie intercepter well enough =D i jsut cant do that with 5 other tier 5's behind me lol.
