I read somewhere that the some cannons werent showing up on the turret. now is this jsut happening with the turret? I put my cannons in the other slots and it dosent seem like they are there. Any thoughts?

This is a known bug. I even had an old weapon with max dmg of 3900 that I looted.Stuck the thing on my TIE Aggressor (Imperial 2-Man ship) on the front gun spot and when I shot with it, the capacitor didn't drop, but the gun was shooting out of the turret spot. That's probably what's going on with your ship.
