I've been waiting and waiting but this Lambda class shuttle doesn't seem to be spawning and i can't train any boxes... anyone help?

Fly between the waypoint and the imperial station, looking for any "Elite Guard" Interceptors. They are part of the shuttle spawn, and if someone leaves them behind, more shuttles won't spawn.
