Thread: Confused about ships

I've just made Imp Pilot 2111 and it says I now have the TIE/In Fighter Piloting Cert. The next leve (3) says I can get the TIE Interceptor Piloting Cert. Are those not the same ships? What am I missing?

No they are different.
The TIE/IN is actually the TIE/LN as in Line (a common textual typo)
The TIE Interceptor is different
