The search function seems to be down on the forums so if this has already been posted I apologize.
I havea mission doing tier 2 for the Imperial Inquisition. I am to some dude's transport, take out the x-wings and shut down the shuttle. I dispatch the x-wings with ease but then the shuttle starts firing on me. The shuttle is armored sick and his blaster is very very nasty. It's slow as hell though so I figured I could fly circles around it, stay moving, and try to avoid getting hit as much as possible. Bad idea. This thing takes just takes me out much too quickly. I can get his shields to maybe 50% before getting wacked.
If anyone knows this mission from my description and can lend a few hints, please do. I've died 5 times now and no tactics I use will work. My recent try was to boost my front shields with my flight computer, go heavy on my front armor, and hope I can take the damage there to shut him down. I'm about ready to ask for a wingman to come help me but I heard the inquisition was totally easy so I feel stupid asking for help.
Any suggestions for the people who have done this one? Thanks in advance.

You should also be using Weapon Overload and Engine Overload, if you aren't already doing so. And see if you can find a privateer that will program Capacitor to Sheild Shunt for you to, so you can recharge your shields after each pass. When you make a pass at the shuttle, boost out and keep going until you're out of it's gun range. If you need to, take a little time to recharge your shields before you head back in.
I don't remember what type of shuttle it was for this mission, but if it's a Lambda shuttle, it only shoots forward and back, so try coming at it from the top and bottom to avoid it's firing arc.
Hope this helps.

If you have emergency wpns then thats a pretty easy way of doing it(2-3 hits) or you can try boosting at it, fring a lot, then boost away, recharge sheilds and try again. If ur talkin about the Lambda shuttle then its pretty inaccurate so you shouldnt get hit much

Thanks for the replies. Being a new pilot, I wasn't sure which programs I should be using. I overloaded my weapon yesterday and that made a HUGE difference. I wasn't aware of that cap to shield shunt program and that sounds like what I need. When I boost out to gather myself, by the time my shields recharge, so has his. I'm going to hook up a new flight computer and try again.
Thanks for the help!
