Thread: Space Loot Frequency & Quality Decrease on Chilastra?

Has anyone noticed a drop in Space Loot Quality and Quantity on Chilastra lately?
I ran the Tier 4 Duty Mission =Black Epsilon= again today to completion and came up with about half the loot I normally do. Also the part quality look like it had dropped to mostly garbage/filler parts.
I've also seen the loot ratios drop as well.. 1 part for every 15-20 fighters killed in Deep Space.

Having the same problem on Bria server. The loot drops are to few and they suck!!!

Yea the loot is very strange just like the spawns in DS. One day I hunted in there and got 3 lvl 10 engines that all had between 95-105 top speed. I havent seeneven a single engine droplike that ever before or since then. I can go a week without a lvl 10 gun dropping, but then yesterday I get 2. I noticed sometimes I go into the zone and it will be filled with vettes and other escorts, and then sometimes the place is practicly empty. Its not because people are clearing it out either, because I hardly ever find anyone but a 1 or 2 people in there at most. I know for a fact, loot is not dropping like it did when jtl was first released. Other then that it almost feels seeded.

I had submitted a CSR ticket regarding loots in space and what I've seen so far.
The response was VERY Disturbing!
The short and skinny on the response...
Apparently loots are based on your current level and XP as well as what the NPC is holding (Creds/etc.).
So for all those with tons of Prestige XP, your loot rate and quality actually drops as you gain more XP on each kill.
I've already started making trips to Deep Space just to drop 30K of Prestige per trip, and it's gonna take me a LONG time to drop 45Million Prestige.

IT'S A FREAKING SHAME THAT WE ARE PENALIZED FOR BECOMING BETTER PILOTS!
So much for being an ACE! I'll be dropping ACE probably and going back to the Tie Advanced.
