I can't seem to switch from freelance piolet to imp navy. I tried to surrender the skills and it told me i had to see my trainer, when i went there was no option to do so. Anyone have any ideas?

Reread what it said. It says to go see your coordinator, and offers a waypoint. Do that, and all will be solved.

What he said. For this particular case, that coordinator is a Mon Cal named Gil (get it?) located in the Hotel in Bestine.
