I have looked through a ton of posts and can't find any help on this.

Every time I go to a Pilot recuiter, they tell me "You don't look like much of a pilot to me".

I have neen to see all these guys, and it is always the same ol story.

I want to be Neutral. What am I missing? Where did I go wrong? Please help, I'm stumped.

Space, Piloting, the Shipwright profession, and related things are all part of the Jump to Lightspeed expansion pack. Without it, you will be unable to become a Pilot or a Shipwright and be unable to enter space in a 2 person or POB ship.

If you have some patience, you might take a look at the release dates on Rage of the Wookiees, as that expansion will include JtL in the box.

Apologies if it seems obvious, but....

Have you installed Jump to Lightspeed on your computer? If so, have you registered the expansion key on the launchpad? I suspect that either one of these would prevent you from starting the pilot profession.

You should wait and get ROTW instead... you get JTL for free with it.
