Two recomendations.
1. Try posting on the Ahazi server forums.
2. Instead of having them disable the ship (which will work but yes, it is lazy) instead, try to become a gunner in a TIE Agressor. You can be the tail gunner and you get 1/2 the xp of every kill. This way, you are in an active position, and you get fast xp.

Takes one hour, two tops to get that 60k xp. Finding someone to do it for you...

I just dropped RSF ace, to pick up Imperial Ace again. So I could help you, but you'd have to bring your own TIE Aggressor, all I have atm is a KSE, all my other ships are drydocked waiting for Part RE'ing.
