Hi
I am a new player, and I really would love to buy a multipassenger ship. What are the cheapest ones, and their requirements? Thanks!

The Sorosub Yaht is free! And you just need *any* pilot skills. It just doesn't have any guns and you need to be playing for 6 months. But it is the cheapest, at free
Aside from that, I assume by multiplayer you mean one you can get up and walk around in. In that case, there is one for each type of pilot and they all take pretty much the same resourses so will cost exactly the same. And that cost varries server to server. In general from what I've seen, it will run you 500k to 1 million credits as a large ballpark. To fly one you will need to have mastery in a piloting profession.
The cost may seem high, but after getting up to master pilot, you will have made enough cash to pay for it.

Keep in mind that even though you cannot fly one right now, you can certainly ride in one! Just find a friendly Ace that owns one of the ships and see if they could take you up for a spin. You'll be able to check out the layout of the ship and gun for them if you guys run into trouble!
It will also give you something to look forward to for when you reach ace.

expecally with ROTW coming. and the advanced componets for the Heavy Ships like the YT.

From what I've heard, they are quite as high as many of us were hoping, but we'll definitely be pushing for better ones once we get into the RotW beta. I'm not in it (yet), so I'm not breaking my NDA. I just recall reading in another thread that they have much to be desired.
The foot is in the door though, so to speak. Now that they're implemented, all we need to do it push for better stats! The hard part is taken care of
