You sure? That sounds like a lie to me. You'd have to RE a level 10 5000-5500 shield to pick up that kind of value. Unless of course it's one of those exploited rebel shield adjust versions.

I have no clue if it was exploited. But he has it....believe me, i've dueled him.

A shield like that must make him next to invincible in PvP. It sets his hit tolerance to about 2 above the norm.


Anyway, back to the original poster. Unless you can buy one of these exploited shields you are practically guaranteed that you will never manage a shield hp beyond 2900.

Yup thats an exploit...... Ne how try and get a victory shield and have it RE'd they r very good shields.
