Pilot Archive

I have been told that I probably have a bug with my flight computer. I am using a droid interface and a flight computer that I am certified for and I am using programs I am certified for. For some reason it is not letting me use the programs. I have tried everything from using a different ship to severral different droid interfaces to using flight computers from several vendors and nothing seems to help the problem. As I have said before, I was told it was a bug, but is there anything that can be possibly done to help the problem or is this something I am just going to have to live with?
