My friend was doing his tier 3 missions for Havok squadron, and was sent to Yavin 4 before getting his 4th tier 3 box. He did some missions, the last of which (as he recalls) was destroying an enemy TIE commander, which he completed. Now, when he goes back to his current trainer, he's told that he should get back up there and complete the mission; however, he has no active rebel missions at all in his quest journal. There is a mission in his quest journal that is marked as completed that is titled something like destroy enemy TIE commander.

I'm wondering if he somehow left the area during a multipart mission in-between accomplishing one set of objectives and receiving the next set. But if so, why did he not fail the mission?

So far we've talked to CSR's and sent in a /bug, receiving no solutions from either option.

Can anyone help me identify the mission and where it is, so that we might try to get in the area and reactivate it, perhaps?

Any other thoughts?
