-387000 pilot xp, youd think they would have fixed this bug by now.

It hadnt happened to me before so i never expected it, can i drop pilot again and reset it or do i have to grindit out

will be fun trying to kill 3 t5 gunboats in a light TIE heh.

Maybe you can submit a ticket, but... CSR can't alwaysdo something. As it was supposed to be fixed, maybe they will.

Other solution is to get into a multiship (Aggressor / Ywing / Krayt) with a master friend, and head to Deep Space. Won't be long till you got your XP back to positive.

Yeah im attempting to get a CSR to help now......but i doubt they will do anything. Im betting theres a 90% chance the CSR will see the words negative xp and imediately reply with the default 'im sorry but we dont reimburse lost xp' message.

I completely forgot about this pub 23 issue and dropped a pilot squad with an inspiration buff - made for a nice -210,000 Pilot xp, and then (when I hit ace) a cool 1.6 million negative prestige.. my that was fun. The pilot xp I was able to work off fairly quickly, in fact before CSR-NicholasA arrived to assist me with my ticket.. however it wasnt until I hit ace that I realised I also had the negative prestige - CSR-PatrickM turned up within 2 hours and reset it to 0 for me.

All in all I was very impressed with the CSR response to this issue - they acknowledged it, fixed it for me, and did so in a relatively short timeframe. Good luck with yours, I don't see any reason why you shouldn't get the same response

Try joining a squadron and dropping it without a buff, see if that fixes it. I've always been curious if that would reset you to 0.

CSRs will help, they've fixed this for lots of people. You just need to find a smart CSR. Erm...best of luck!
