Ok, now I know its possible to do both of them but theres a little trick in it. I am a Smugglers Alliance Pilot atm, and Rebel on the ground and I want to get the Heavy-X and the Vaksai, and I heard there was a way. I just wanted to ask before I started the quests so I don't screw anything up.

You're pretty much set. Start the Eyma/Rian series of quests with Rian at the kashyyyk space station. The last mission in the sequence sends you to the rebel outpost space station for an escort that nets you a rebel hologram.

After you have completed that mission, go to the rebel station again and answer, "I'm looking for a challenge!" Capture and escort that corvette. Get your advanced x.

And finally, go back to kashyyyk station and repeat yourself. Exact same mission, just with different waypoints. Finish it and collect your vaksai.
