Depends on what other components you have.

I'd use the level 10 engine and a Level 7 or 8 Blaster.

Since the Syck is actually sportign a pretty large hitbox, I'd use the lvl 10 engine. Lvl 8 engines are fine in smaller, lowermass ships but if you have the mass to play with, always use the superior turning engine. 97 speed is very respectable for a lvl 10 too.

On the flip side though, that QID is pretty respectable with all of it's stats so you could make use of that 18k saved mass and use a lvl 10 weapon instead. That'd seriously hurt someone in pvp if not one-shot them.
