CSR's have no closed my 2nd Ticket reguarding my ARC-170 with stupid answers like its a Rebel only ship. Heres some background info. I flew the JSF and rebel, nuet and imperial. I flew the ARC-170 as Rebel, Nuet and Imperial, I made the mistake of deeding my ARC-170 and now it says I have not done the quest needed to fly it, when I have.
The CSR say its a Rebel only ship, Not true, they also say working as Intended, also not true. The problem is, once its deeded I cant generate it again, unless I go rebel again, is my guess.
This really needs to be fixed, as its put a damper on my powerlevel service.

If you'd read Tomo's post on bugs and avoiding them, you would have known this. In the same post he also mentions a fix is on the way. (Like so many other fixes....:S )

I almost feel like I've got this obligation to defend the CSRs, but truthfully, there's just way too much of this game for any one of them to know every element of it. I mean, I'm a correspondent, but I don't think I could handle more than 2-3 professions other than the pilot one.
What I mean to say with that is I'm sure they do their best, but they are often not going to know the intricacies of a given situation. Clearly, you've earned your ARC and should be able to deed and redeed it at will. That's how the system is supposed to work (so long as you're 4xxx pilot).
I have submitted the ARC issues to the devs and they are working on a fix. I would say you should try to explain the problem to the CSRs, because you do know what you're talking about here. However, if that ultimately proves to be fruitless, I'd have to say your options are to run the quest again, then deed the ship--that seems to work for everyone--or wait for a fix. Far from ideal, but that's what we've got to work with here.
If the CSRs continue to deny you, suggest they get ahold of me here or in-game. I don't know whether they'll do that, but if they're willing to take the word of a correspondent, I'll back you up. I'm 100% confident you should be able to deed your ARC at this point and I'll gladly explain the issue to anyone who thinks otherwise.

Got the same problem, except I droped rebel pilot and re-ground rebel again .. now can't generate my ARC.
The response I keep getting to all these problems lately is a cut-n-paste "we cannot help with any of the new expansion quests, sorry for the inconvenience"

I'm close to picking up a TIE Aggressor for all the peps I could be helping right now, but I really want my ARC-170. Through all the squads I've done I still haven't touched a TIE Bomber or Aggressor.
