I have tried Weapon Overload (WO) 2, 3 and 4 on the same ship with some funny results.

WO4 drains my capacitor almost instanly

WO2 drains it fairly fast, but i get a good number of shots first.

WO3 doent drain my cap at all....

Ive been reading hte forums about how WO3 is bugged, my question is,

Does WO3 increase damage and decrease power use, or does it decrease damage too?

Am i better off using no WO rather then WO3?
