mouse and keyboard - I'm not too keen on having to shell out $90 for a monstrous stick that I can't store anywhere.

Keys and mouse. I've never felt at a disadvantage because of it. Of course, I haven't mastered yet either (but soon...oh, yes, soon....)

I use a logitech 3d digital extreme... love it! It took me a while to get used to it, but now I'm really good at the stick.

I use a cheap joystick that I have had for about 4 years. It works great, but I am looking to buy a new one... any sujestions? I have been looking at the Logitech 3D Extreme Pro Twist-Handle.

I use my trusty Microsoft sidewinder. Used it on all my flight sims, and love it on this. Had to configure it so that I could roll using 2 buttons, but it works quite well, and I seem to do ok in PvP. I did try the mouse, but hated it. It just doesn't seem right to me.

I have the Logitech... it is a really tight stick, it takes alot of getting used to. Now i just set it beside the keyboard and use it for throttle control and targetting and fly with the mouse.

i bought the logitech this past weekend, hated it, the friggin thing is so tightly wound i have to force it in any direction and it trys to automatically go back to center, makes tracking shots a nightmare for me. I just ordered the Thrustmaster Top Gun Fox 2 from Amazon after trying out the force feedback version at compusa, i loved the feel of that stick, so i'm hoping that it'll work best for me. until then, mouse and keyboard.

Logitech Attack3... nice little throttle control and plenty of buttons (but not too many) for all my fave commands. and it was less than $50
