I was supposed to go find the undercover dude in at nyms...well i found him, he told me to go talk to some other girl but i cannot find her at all. This is really dumb that a pilot quest would send you walking around lok. Anyone know where she is?

Go out of Nym's, up the stairs, hang to the left, go through the gate, directly to your right under a tent you will find the second fuel technician you seek.
