I've been around for a while and often heard mention of the wo3 bug, and so as I tried to search (and search was disabled) and not able to find anything, can someone explain what exactly is the wo3 bug?

WO3 as it should work: Increase damage, increase drain and increase energy/shot
WO3 as it works now: Increase damage, decrease drain and decrease energy/shot
End result: With WO3 you can use lighter reactors and caps, fire endlessly and still have a full cap for cap to shield shunt.
