I received the Authorization of transfer from Lt. Akal Colzet at Bestine. I signed it but where i must take thid document???? PLease help me

In addition to reading the FAQ, which will tell you where your trainers are, read what the NPC tells you carefully - he tells you where to go.

What's funny is when people put their RL name on the transfer document.
