Thread: Switching factions???

Ok I was told that when you get master pilot in one faction and you droped it and switched to another one you would get double xp and get triple xp if you switch to the 3rd faction. Well im a badge hore, so I droped from rebel master pilot, havok squad to corsec neutral squad, and im getting only 100xp off tier 1s. Now its been along time since i was a noob pilot so i dont remember if thats what i got when i did it originally. I read the faq up top in the stickies and i drop pilot, droped faction and then got my new pilot profession. So can someone tell me if i did it wrong or if its bugged?

Flag as in system message? if so then it still does its just that theres only 3 lines aloud and it usually scrolls to fast to see it.

Hello this is exactly what I did yesterday and I noticed the very same thing.
However I also noticed that I get the very regular xp for all kills on tier missions given by trainers, and I do get double xp for all kills while not on trainer missions.

When you kill ships you should get two types of xp
[MASTER PILOT BONUS: XXXX]
<credits>
and then the normal xp here -> XXXX

Yeah, i noticed that i get the master bonus thing, i wasnt reading it right when i was getting kills. It wont flagh the normal xp up there, just that master one.
