I have to disable his ship for a mission, I try to do it alone, die, do it with a 2/2/2/2 friend, still die. He is in a tier 3 lambda shuttle with a rear firing turret that has a knack for knocking out my shields and armor in 3 hits. This is for a tier 2 mission with the Imperial Inquisition, Does anybody have any advice on this besides bringing more friends?

Also, is it possible to switch squadron at this point for me?

"Best block: No be there".

Don't attack from the rear. The shuttle can't shoot you from the front.

Yes. Go see the pilot recruiter at the steps to the Theed palace. You can surrender all your pilot skills by talking to him, and then go start in another squadron.

I'm just wondering if we are the only ones struggling with this mission as well.

Is it required to always happen in the god damn storm. This is the laggiest experience I have ever seen. I can't even move or aim cause its so soupy. And don't you dare say jack about my computer specs. They are way above the recommended specs required for JTL.

It really wouldn't be that hard for me.. but the space lightning and storm visual effects really really mess with my movement, targeting, and aiming (yes I am using a joystick).

The shuttles has a blind spot...attack from the side. Come from above and you should have a chance and hit your booster when you pass by him. Wait for booster and shields to recharge and repeat.

I had help from a 2/1/1/1 wingman and we made it.

Thanks for the info on attacking from the sides or above and under....took him out no problem that way

That one is easy compared to the tier 4 shuttle coming up and the Nova you have to blow... But so far the Inquisition has a fun story line... Stick with it.

Yes the Tier 3 Hend shuttle is tough. It will shot forward as well as from the rear. I really, really struggled with this one. I did manage to finish it solo (I'm a rebel, I have no imperial friends to help). What I did, is loaded up on torpidoes, target the rear turret (the missles will swing around the target and hit the turret, even if you are flying straight at it) head for the shuttle, until you get a lock, and fire, then run. Shot it a bit before your lock, but you really can't "tank" it. Do this until the turret is gone, then get on his tail (which is not hard in an imperial fighter), and blast away. It was tough, but the joy you have once you finish it..... =)

Also early on shields are not really that good (of course there are good low level RE shields), but for the most part, shields aren't really that good early on, get the best armor you can get, it will keep you in the fight longer, espically in the low tiers.

I hope this helps. I feel your pain =)
