Hey. I tried following a guide to get the deed from some other forum post saying I gotta do missions from the station. I began them. And I think I messed up at one point. Because now all I can obtain from the station is duty missions. I ask if there is anything else I can do. I go down to see the guy. Nothing. He sends me back up to see her. Can anyone help me?

I believe so yes. To be honest it's been awhile I can't remember but i'm pretty sure since it was easy.

Then you're bugged. Check the sticky at the top of the forum about avoiding ROTW quest bugs.

Until it is fixed, you get an infinite loop of duty missions. Sorry.
