Does anyone know the item storage capacity for the various multi-player ships, such as the Sorosub Yacht (I read 250 for this one somewhere - can anyone confirm?), the Y-8 Mining ship, and the master-level ships, like the Nova Courier and YT-1300?
I made ace yesterday, and was able to use my Y-8 deed; then I bought a Nova Courier and realized I had three ships (including the Yacht) that could all store items -- possibly a great alternative to my large house that I use for little but storage.
Thanks,
Bako

Hmm... probably not a viable alternative to a house then. I've also heard that putting items on two ships will disable the third one from flying. I guess if folks don't know the item limits I'll experiment and report back.

Yachts are definitely way more than 80. The control panel doesn't give an actual count unfortunately, but back when houses were 75 per lot (150 items in a small) my yacht held 150. Since they upped houses to 200 per small, I've dropped even more into my yacht, so I'd guess 200 is where it's at also.

You can decorate it, except you have to be pretty selective with what you put in it. Can't really put together semi-complicated stuff like a kitchen really...
I've used my Yacht as a floating warehouse for my JTL, holds quite a lot. I'd live in it if the layout wasn't so terrible.

I'm not so much concerned about decorating as just storing packs full of stuff. But why is it you can't set up 'complicated stuff,' is it that crafting stations don't work up there or something?

I think the inference was just that "complicated decorations" involve a high number of items.

Really? Since the thread is about item capacity numbers, I wouldn't think people would use euphamisms to discuss them, but you could be right. I've never set up a kitchen myself, so I'm not sure how many items are involved ![]()
