Im trying to do the quest to unlock the mastery quests. But its absolutly rediclously hard. I am completly unable to do it with 3 aces. Is there some kind of guide for the quest? or at least some help?

Are you sure? If you are on thr exit quest it goes like this:
1) Destroy Bothan Transport & 6 escorts = Easy
2) Destroy Bothan Transport & 6 escorts = Easy
3) Incap Bothan Transport and dock with it = Easy
4) Escort that Transport for bloody ages = Easy
5) Destroy the Rebel command ship with escorts and a lvl 4 Nova = Hard
I did it with just me and an Ace friend. Basically call in Bomb strike on the Nova, wait a minute or so until it engages them all, then take out all the fighters and the commmand ship which is only lvl 3. Lastly take out the weapons on the Nova with strafe runs and kill it. Done
