Thread: Question about privateer pilot...

I was recently a 4-3-3-3 rebel pilot.....my guild went imperial so I decided I would go get the JSF and make the most of it. I can't decide wether to go privateer or imperial pilot. See, my guild is a heavy pvp guild and when pvp gets light on one side we might go help them out. What are the advantages disadvantages of privateer? Can I pvp with it? I just want to be able to fly the JSF so i need to regrind to 4-3-3-3 and i dont know what to do.

CorSec and Smuggler Alliance pilots with neutral ground faction can enter deep space and PVP for either side. If you are a ground Imperial, you can only go overt Imp in space. Just don't go RSF, that is basically an Imperial Freelance profession.
