By the way, I'm a master RSF Pilot. He is just a jedi. We can see the Mission objective and we can doc it, but it doesn't show that we delivered the pelts. I know we were at the correct place with the cargo ship.

I think he has to dock HIS ship for this mission and if you are flying he cant can he?

He can issue the dock command from his turret, but even then it doesn't count. If a mission requires docking, the mission owner needs to be in his own ship.
