My goal now that I'm back after 2 years is to grind out a Jedi and become a pilot. Is it possible to be effective in both?
Whats the average price of a fighter ship?
That's all I want to know really hehe
Thanks!

Piloting skills take no skill points, so yes. As for pricing - that depends on the listings on your galaxy's vendor search.

Jedi won't give you a bonus piloting, but otherwise you can be as effective or ineffective as anyone else.
It just depends on how much time you can spare on piloting, since as it was already mentioned it doesn't take skillpoints.

Yup. Its totaly possible since pilot doesn't need any skill points. My jedi template is all but done and I'm closing in on master pilot (only started grinding freelance a week ago after dropping imp pilot)
I've spent alot on 30k resource crates to get the best possible saber resources and i've also spent a few mil on some nice components. My starfighter is pretty sweet now ![]()

So long as you have decent flight skills (experience from other sims helps a bit) you can be as good a pilot as you want to be - regardless of what you are on ground (since it doesn't take any skillpoints).
The only restriction on piloting is that you can't pilot for a faction you're ground faction is opposed to.
