Thread: What ships can be docked with?

Was wondering if you can do this with any ship. Do you have to do something special? I disabled some ships and tried /dock, just for fun, but it says the ship won't let me. Is there a way I can?

You can only dock with ships that are quest/mission related. You cannot randomly dock with any ship you wish.

Actally, you can dock with most freighters if you disable them, usually they're carying cargo, and it even says its transferd to your ship, its just never to be found anywhere. So in short docking outside quests doesnt serve any purpose.

would be cool if 2 POB ships can dock and then you can walk around from one ship to the other
