I have a lvl 4 droid for my ship.My problem is, Itrade for ReactorOverload3 and get the chip, when I install it into the droid it "says" it burned properly, when I check it in space it is not there. I have even let it be the only chip I program into an empty droid (no other programs). Is anyone else having this problem?

Make sure you take the FC/droid out of the ship before programming (even just removing it if you already programmed it while it was in the ship will cure).

Use the starship terminal management menu to verify that the programs are showing up before you install it again. If all the programs do not show up in the examine windows on the upper right, then go back to your dpad and reprogram the fc/droid, making no changes; just doing a committ with no changes.

Go back to the ship management menu and check again. The programs should now show up in the examine windows of that interface and you can now re-equip it. Sometimes, I have had to repeat this a couple of times before the new program(s) showed up.

Lastly, get used to checking your fc/droid before every flight, as they still seem to like to unequip themselves sometimes when you land, usually right when you forget to check them before your next flight.

If chips are squeezed into a Flight Computer that cannot fit them, they simply vanish, while telling you your command has been added. It's a good thing to plan out beforehand to avoid chips beaing eaten.

You can select the FC/droid in your datapad and choose the option to open droid memory storage to see how much space is left.
