ok stupid question, but how does one extend the wings on the B? obviously o rotates the frame to fire, but how does one estend the stubwings?

One waits until the gods fix the mistake they made with Publish... ?12?and they let the wings extend again.

*Edit* Oh, you have the right key, though - it should extend the wings at the same time it "rotates the frame."

Correct. B-wings are currently bugged...if you'll notice, most NPC B-wings are flying around with their s-foils closed even when they are in combat.
