I'm going to drop Privateer and go Rebel, and I fancy a challenge ;-)
Which squadron is the most dificult, or are they all similar ?

LOL, your guy Marcuss has the exact template as my alt, nice. Hmm...I thought they were all pretty much the same, but I only got up to teir 3 in each before I stuck with the last one.

I did Vortex squadron in beta, and it was pretty tough. Although the hardest part was the 14K round trip from the abandoned rebel base to the mining outpost.

Each squadron has its moments but Vortex squadron seems to have the most. I'd have to say Vortex.

Oooh, glad I did Vortex first then.
I plan on acing Smuggler's Alliance, then going back and hitting ace with Crimson Phoenix. I'd like to get a privateer badge and a Alliance badge, and end up with Alliance. Wish I would've thought of that, though, before I aced Vortex... oh well...

But yeah, I agree... Vortex was really hard.

I've almost finished Vortex (stuck at corvette) and most of it wasn't too difficult. Basically the only really difficult missions are the first and second Tier 4 missions. The first has an escort and a wait part. It suprised the hell out of me when groups of 6 started spawning. The second has a Tier 5 Aggressor guarded by 9 Tier 4 TIEs and another part with a Tier 4Oppressor and 9 more Tier 4 TIEs. After those, thank the maker for IFF scramble.
