I dont understand what I am supposed to do after inspecting the transport. I inspect, and loot and theres no combat, so I detroy the ship, and repeat. I went back to the lady and she doesn't debrief...can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? Thanks

I had one mission (can't remember which one) where I was told to wait at a waypoint for an ambush. I sat there for several minutes and nothing happened, so I alt-tabbed away and started looking for help on the forums. After about fifteen minutes of floating in space, I got a mission successfull message.
