I've just started Tier 4 of the Smugglers Alliance, and may I just say that Hutt Transports are the sexiest ships in the whole bloomin game! 
I soooooo hope SOE will someday allow players to fly these ships, as I wouldn't care if it had no weapons and awful speed - it's all about the looks! For those who haven't seen it - imagine a sleek silver concord with massive engines strapped to the bottom of the wings.. it#'s probably better than whatever you're imagining.
If I ever see one again I'll take a screenie..
I guess I'd better try to turn this into a constructive post.. er.. so - gunships (and transports!) will SOE ever make them flyable by players?

There are a lot of cool little ships that pop up here and there in missions that don't get seen on the spacelanes that often. I too think it would be great to add them for players when Artisan/Merchant content gets put in, but I'd also like to see them just in general day to day flying. I mean, why is it we see the transport at the starports, but never in space? It would be cool to see them on loops between Naboo/Rori and Corellia/Talus stations, or just flying in and out from the stations.Played since Beta, andfound out just a week ago that the Rebel "white egg" transport is in the game, it just only shows up if you take the correct missions...
