this is probably a really stupid question.. i don't come to this board very often..but i can't find any of my people who would know...can a privteer declare and hunt reb/imps in space for faction points? or can only reb/imp pilots do this?..i am a ground imp and a privateer pilot.so i thought i might be able to declare at a imp station, this was not the case..is there a way to do this? or are privateer pilots in a perpetual state of neutrality?
