I was wondering if there was a guide on how to read the stats on ship components anywhere. Peticularly on shields. Any help is good to me.

The devs did a guide on this as a Friday Feature after the JTL launch, look on the main Star Wars Galaxies homepage and look about 8-9 links down under the news, should say Friday Feature: Understanding Ship Components
