Recently, some of my ships have been completely silent when i fly them. And the engines arent thrusting yet my ship is moving? I hear the engines of other ships and my weapons are fine too.

Anyone have any idea what is going on?

go in ctrl-o sound options, hit the reset default button

Sound options are fine, i figured it out though. For anyone who is having the same problem, the starting prototype engine only works properly on your starter ship. If you install it on another ship, it will move properly but the ship will not make any noise. Once i installed the new parts to my ship (including the engine) everything worked fine.

I had the same problem and just didn't really worry about it, but now that I think about it it did correct itself when I switched from using the prototype in my dunelizard to a better engine. good call

new bug maybe?
