Thread: Corsec tier 2 mission bug?

It's the Nym Cannon Ship mission. Stick close to the waypoint, as the ones 4km or so away didn't seem to be working when I did it. There should be one that spawns withing 2km (mine was about 900km) away from the waypoint. Inspect it, attempt to dock, disable it, and then dock with it and the mission should complete. Some folks reported having to reinspect it just prior to docking, but that wasn't the case with mine. Just had to get the one close to the waypoint for it to work for me.

it says im supposed to inspect a nym cannon ship for shipment orders. i reloaded the game and retook the mission...i still dont see anything and all tab does is show me a corsair ship flyin around

ok so i inspected and docked with it...im still in combat with it and i didnt get anything about completing it. what do i do?

keep looking for Nym's cannon ships, it isnt always the 1st one you hit that has the cargo you need. Usually you will get a system message saying "This is the cargo you need....."

ok so after the captain trained me in my first tier 2 he gives me a mission in lok to inspect a ship for bombs or something. i go to the waypoint and there is no ship that he described that carries bombs. i inspected all the ships around the wp and nothing. any feedback would be great.

Need to be more specific. I'm sure the trainer didn't tell you to go to Lok space and "inspect a ship for bombs or something".

the quest log says search for shipment orders and it gives me onewaypoint to possible inspection target location. i go to the waypoint and nothing is there to inspect.

drop the mission from your datapad retake it at the trainer and tell us exactly what the trainer says. I just did Corsec but I can't remember the missions. Usually that type of mission has a recurring spawn at that place, stay near it for a bit and the type of ship the trainer told you too inspect will show up. If it doesnt have the right cargo, blow it up and wait for the next one.

I think I remember this mission. Iirc the ship was over 2km away from the way point he gives you. He does tell you exactly what the ship is, when you get to the waypoint hit tab over and over till you find it and then do your thing.
